When using the contact form
If you send us inquiries through our contact form, the information provided in the contact form will be stored by us to respond to your inquiry. We will not share this information without your consent. The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. “B” of the ORD, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or if it is necessary to take pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1, item “e” of the ORD) or on your consent. “Art. 6 para. 1 item” a From the ORZD), if requested. We store and process your personal data while you subscribe to our newsletter. When you unsubscribe from our e-newsletter, your data will be deleted.

Data collection when visiting our website
When you visit our website, we automatically create registration (log) data files that your browser automatically transmits to our server for technical reasons. The data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para 1 b. “E” of the ORD based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website, in taking measures for the security of your data, preventing attempted attacks, to optimize the activity. The data will not be transmitted or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files later if there are specific indications of illegal use.

User Concentration Management Platform – Usercentrics
IDS Bulgaria Ltd. uses the consent management platform provided by Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlingerstr. 7, 80331 Munich, Germany, which allows us to obtain your consent for the storage of certain cookies on your device or for the use of specific technologies, as well as to manage and document your choice in a manner that meets the requirements of the ORD.
By including the corresponding JavaScript code, a banner is displayed to the users when a page is called, in which the consent for certain cookies and other technologies can be given by checking the appropriate field. The tool blocks all cookies that require consent until the individual user gives their consent. This ensures that such cookies are set on the user’s terminal device only with consent.
In the context of data processing, IDS Bulgaria EOOD transfers personal data (consent data) to Usercentrics GmbH as a processor of personal data. Usercentrics GmbH is the recipient of your personal data in accordance with Article 13 (1) (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Consent data includes the following information: date and time of the visit or consent / refusal, device information, anonymized IP address. The data are processed in order to comply with legal obligations (obligation to provide evidence in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 1 of the ORD) and related documentation for consents and thus on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 b. “C” of the ORD.
Usercentrics stores a cookie in your browser so that it can record your declaration of consent or refusal. Local storage is used to store data, which allows information to be stored between sessions. Consent data is stored for 3 years. The data will only be stored in the European Union. Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager – a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.
Google Tag Manager is a tag management system for JavaScript and HTML code snippets from third parties, such as Google Analytics or Facebook pixels, that controls when and under what conditions these tags are triggered. This allows us to flexibly integrate additional tracking, analysis, personalization and marketing services on our website.
Google Tag Manager only implements tags, but these tags may in turn set cookies that collect data about

Google reCAPTCHA
On our website we also use the reCAPTCHA function of Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, Ireland. This feature is designed to ensure that specific actions on the Internet are performed by humans and not by automated programs (bots). To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the visitor accesses the website. Google Maps
We use the functionality of Google Maps on our website. Google Maps is a web mapping service operated by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, Ireland.
In order to allow the use of Google Maps features, your IP address must be passed to Google. Google Maps also collects information about location, date and time of visit, page from which you accessed the service, and usage information.

Facebook pixels
We use Facebook pixel provided by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin, Ireland. The Facebook pixel is a segment of JavaScript code that creates a direct link between your visit to our website and Facebook. Social plug-ins are small pieces of software that create a connection between yours

Gstatic.com is a domain used by Google to host static content (JavaScript code, images and CSS) provided through Alphabet Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, United States of America. The use in order to reduce the transferred volume of data and to increase the quality of the internet connection, which is based on our legitimate interest according to art. 6 para 1, b. “E” of the ORD.
MailChimp
Our e-newsletters are sent through the technical service provider The Rocket Science Group, LLC d / b / a MailChimp, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The transfer of your data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para 1, b. “E” of the ORD and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure and easy-to-use newsletter system.
MailChimp uses this information to send the newsletter on our behalf and for statistical evaluation. For evaluation purposes, emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files stored on our website. This allows us to determine if a newsletter message is open and which links have been clicked on. In addition, technical information is recorded, such as retrieval time, IP address, browser type and operating system. The data is collected exclusively in a pseudonymous format and is not linked to your other personal data, and is used exclusively for statistical analysis of news campaigns.
